What You’ll Do

  • Receive and register payment claims from the Claims and Contract Management team.
  • Verify the availability of accompanying documents for payment claims.
  • Check the beneficiaries’ lists against the HSS approved status report.
  • Maintain accurate records for audit purposes and ensure proper safekeeping of claims.
  • Prepare reports related to financial transactions and compliance.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of Matric and an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Financial Management or a related field recognized by SAQA.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a financial management role.
  • A valid driver’s license is required, except for persons with disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of public service legislative frameworks, including BAS, PFMA, and Treasury regulations.
  • Excellent time management, numeracy, and computer literacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
