What You’ll Do
- Provide support for financial planning and budgeting services within the department.
- Implement financial planning and budgeting policies and processes.
- Coordinate and report on expenditure trends to enhance financial oversight.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial legislative frameworks.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation as needed.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF level 6, as recognized by SAQA; a qualification in Financial Management is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Financial Management or a related field.
- A valid driver’s license is required, except for individuals with disabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of government financial delegations and relevant legislative frameworks.
