Key Responsibilities
– Create and manage user accounts following defined standards and procedures.
– Troubleshoot and resolve login issues and errors such as duplicate usernames.
– Capture and verify user details accurately, maintaining documentation.
– Ensure compliance with security and access control requirements.
Requirements/Qualifications
– Matric certificate (Grade 12) is required.
– Basic PC literacy skills, including email, systems navigation, and data entry.
– Knowledge of Active Directory is advantageous.
– Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
– Basic problem-solving ability related to user access and account issues.
