What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive social work and community development services at service points.
- Promote social change and problem-solving in human relations.
- Facilitate the planning and development of community programs and interventions.
- Conduct research and situational analyses to inform programmatic interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of services delivered by staff.
- Manage financial resources effectively in line with the operational plans.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate with various departments and organizations.
- Ensure performance management and empower staff through effective leadership.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or an Honours/Post Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences/Public Administration/Public Management (NQF 7/8) as recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a junior management role.
- Registration with the SACCP council is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- A valid driver’s license.
