What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive financial administration services to support research operations.
- Manage office support services to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Oversee information management services to maintain accurate records and data.
- Render human resource management and development services for staff growth.
- Facilitate transformation services to promote inclusivity and progress.
- Supervise subordinates and effectively utilize both human and physical resources in line with directives.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate along with an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Public Management, Administration, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in administrative or clerical roles.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and asset management regulations as well as the legislative framework governing public service operations.
- Proficient people management and financial management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills to work well within a team and across departments.
