What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support for the Nelson Mandela – Fidel Castro Collaboration Programme
- Manage and administer the contractual obligations of internal and external bursary holders
- Assist in managing various ad hoc internal programs
- Facilitate procurement support within the section
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with six years of relevant experience, or a Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Human Resources Management/Development or Public Management/Administration plus three years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and analytical abilities for problem-solving
- Familiarity with PERSAL, Public Service Act, PFMA, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act, and other related prescripts
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for meetings and workshops
