What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Research and Knowledge Management Unit.
- Organize and coordinate evaluation workshops and meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Manage data collection logistics for evaluation activities and facilitate stakeholder engagements.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Knowledge Management System by filing, archiving, and updating knowledge products.
- Compile evaluation and progress reports and monitor the implementation of evaluation recommendations.
- Ensure proper document control with safe storage and version control of evaluation documents and reports.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as procurement coordination and managing correspondence.
- Assist supervisors and senior managers in the unit with various tasks.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate plus a National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Public Management, Developmental Studies, Research, or Statistics.
- A valid driver’s license.
- At least 2 years of experience in research, knowledge management, or data management within the public sector.
- Basic understanding of the Government-Wide Monitoring and Evaluation System (GWMES) and the National Evaluation System (NES).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and responsiveness to organizational needs.
- Competence in software used for data and knowledge management.
