What You’ll Do
- Review various data reports to identify potential non-compliant employers.
- Conduct thorough assessments of identified employers to ensure compliance with COIDA.
- Collaborate with provincial teams to perform proactive and reactive compliance audits.
- Advocate for employer compliance through educational initiatives and outreach efforts.
- Supervise and support staff in their compliance-related tasks.
What You’ll Need
- A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Accounting, Auditing, Compliance Management, or a related field recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of two years’ functional experience in employer assessment, revenue management, compliance management, or a health insurance environment.
- A valid driver’s license.
- In-depth knowledge of Compensation Fund policies and relevant legislation, including COIDA and the Public Service Act.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in data management and computer literacy.

Job Duties
Review various extracts/requested data reports to identify possible non- compliant employers for profiling.Review identified possible non-compliant employers.
Collaborate with the provinces in the conducting of employer 17 compliance audit (Proactive and reactive) in relation to COIDA.
Conduct advocacy on employer compliance in relation to COIDA.
