What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate and administer the sourcing of quotations and bids to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Administer the receipt and safekeeping of bid documents to maintain integrity in the procurement process.
  • Provide secretariat support and logistical coordination for bid committees, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote transparency and efficiency in acquisition services.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of Matric plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management or a related field recognized by SAQA.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management field.
  • A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for disabled applicants).
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks, including the Public Service Act and the PFMA.
  • Strong computer literacy and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, interpersonal, and time management skills.
