What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director
  • Manage the Director’s diary, including appointments and events
  • Handle telephone calls and refer inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Organise travel arrangements and process travel claims
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including venue booking and refreshments
  • Draft routine correspondence and maintain filing systems
  • Record minutes of meetings and manage correspondence in and out of the office
  • Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and standards

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High level of reliability and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
