What You’ll Do
- Manage online and physical diaries for the Director of Court Operations
- Plan and schedule daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations
- Handle telephone calls and convey messages professionally
- Organize meetings, workshops, and conferences
- Draft and edit correspondence, including reports and memoranda
- Attend to visitors and provide refreshments as needed
- Handle travel arrangements, including accommodation and flight bookings
- Undertake various administrative tasks as directed by the Director
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 certificate
- No prior experience required
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Understanding of confidentiality and data management
- Proficiency in typing; a Secretarial Certificate is advantageous
- A valid driver’s license will be a plus
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
