What You’ll Do

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel efficiently.
  • Provide relevant information to students and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain and update the office telephone directory and other essential records.
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers.
  • Liaise with internal and external personnel to facilitate communication and service delivery.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate with Computer as a passed subject or a Level 4 Certificate in Office Administration.
  • An N6 Certificate in Management Assistant will be an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Strong client orientation and customer focus with effective communication skills.
  • Basic written communication skills and sound organizational abilities.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and good people skills.
