What You’ll Do
- Provide general clerical support to the department
- Capture personnel leave and subsistence & travelling details
- Record and update personnel performance assessments
- Compile and maintain databases for skills development programmes
- Keep the asset register updated and manage the record of unit assets
- Attend to telephone inquiries and maintain proper filing of documents
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification
- Computer literacy, with full knowledge of MS software packages
- Strong organising skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal relationships and teamwork abilities
