What You’ll Do

• Provide direction and supervision for the implementation of nursing plans to ensure quality patient care.
• Implement standards, practices, criteria, and indicators for nursing excellence.
• Practice nursing according to the laws and regulations set by the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Maintain constructive working relationships with nursing staff and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Efficiently utilize human, material, and physical resources in daily operations.

What You’ll Need

• A Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) or an equivalent qualification allowing registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse.
• Registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse.
• For Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years of experience in general nursing post-registration.
• For Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years of experience in general nursing post-registration.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and nights.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
