What You’ll Do

• Develop and evaluate project proposals, ensuring they meet established standards and requirements.
• Manage transport models and create standard operating procedures for effective transport model management.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the Road Investment Strategy and Corridor Management Strategies.
• Collaborate with external consultants and manage internal projects related to transport infrastructure.
• Liaise with stakeholders in the transport planning environment to ensure alignment and address community needs.

What You’ll Need

• A Civil Engineering Degree (B Eng/BSC(Eng)) or a relevant qualification.
• A minimum of three years of post-qualification engineering experience.
• Compulsory registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer.
• A valid code B or higher driving licence.
• Proficiency in transport modelling theory, traffic analysis, and transport planning legislation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare written proposals and reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proven computer literacy.
