What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) across the district.
  • Administer and maintain the PMS database to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitor performance assessments and manage the payment of incentives based on assessments.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of the PMS.
  • Provide support and guidance to educators on performance-related matters.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources related to the PMS.

What You’ll Need

  • NQF level 6 qualifications as recognized by SAQA.
  • A qualification in Human Resource Management, Development, Public Administration, or Public Management is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Human Resource Development or a related field.
  • A valid driver’s license (except for people with disabilities).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Public Service regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
