What You’ll Do
- Process and draft requests for advertising job vacancies across various platforms.
- Ensure weekly placement of adverts in external media, Public Service Vacancy Circular, government website, and online portal.
- Manage invoices from service providers to ensure timely payment to Finance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records related to job advertisements.
- Liaise with districts and institutions to resolve any problematic advertising requests and follow up on pending requests regularly.
- Assist HR Officers with the management of the online advertising portal.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with various stakeholders.
