Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will:
– Assist with trial protocols and coordinate with stakeholders.
– Support research and development projects within the SA R&D team.
– Help execute pilot plant and factory production trials.
– Conduct laboratory tests, including salt, oil, bulk density, particle size, and moisture analysis.
– Support product development and seasoning applications.
– Assist in compiling project timelines and reports.
– Work with regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
– Participate in health, safety, and hygiene (GMP) practices.

Requirements/Qualifications

Applicants must:
– Be South African citizens.
– Be in their final year or have completed the theoretical part of their qualification.
– Have a minimum average of 60%.
– Be studying in Biochemistry, Food Technology, or Engineering.
– Possess strong analytical and technical skills.
– Be team players with good communication skills.
