About the Opportunity
Buffalo International Logistics is at the forefront of the logistics and supply chain industry, and we’re enhancing our operational capabilities through a newly formed Efficiency Committee. As an Operations Excellence Analyst, you’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience in process improvement, performance management, and operational governance within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Process & SOP Development: Collaborate with operational teams to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop standardized SOPs.
– Data & Basic Performance Analysis: Analyze operational data, identify key performance indicators, and prepare evidence-based reports.
– KPI Design & Management Support: Assist in defining actionable KPIs and support departments in aligning these with their processes.
– Operational Audit & Review: Conduct operational checks, track KPI execution, and assist with root-cause analysis.
– Cross-Functional Communication & Governance: Communicate findings effectively and support decision-making with fact-based analysis.
Requirements/Qualifications
– Education: Final-year university student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree.
– Data & Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with basic data analysis skills.
– Language & Core Qualities: Fluent in English, responsible, adaptable, and a quick learner.
