Participants will engage in one of three streams:
1. Buying Stream – Apparel

2. Buying Stream – Homeware
– Concentrates on home décor and lifestyle products
– Covers product sourcing, seasonal range planning, trend analysis, and merchandise performance tracking
3. Planning Stream
– Centers on data-driven retail planning and strategy
– Includes sales forecasting, inventory allocation, store performance analysis, and demand planning
