Key Responsibilities
As a participant, you will:
– Handle ICT support queries across various offices and digital centers.
– Assist in project and procurement documentation, including Terms of Reference (TOR).
– Support Supply Chain Management with ICT-related inquiries.
– Perform general ICT administrative tasks.
– Engage with stakeholders effectively.
Requirements/Qualifications
To qualify, applicants must possess:
– A Diploma (NQF Level 6) in ICT or a related field.
– Experience or exposure in ICT helpdesk roles.
– A valid driver’s license.
– An NQF Level 7 qualification.
– A+, N+, and MCSE Certifications.
