What You’ll Do

• Assist in administering governance processes to support the Fund’s strategic initiatives.
• Help implement the monitoring and evaluation framework effectively.
• Facilitate the evaluation and analysis of service delivery to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and interpret data for reporting purposes.
• Contribute to the development of presentations and reports that communicate findings.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Fund’s objectives.

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification in relevant fields such as Internal Audit, Forensic Audit, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Development Studies, Social Science, Monitoring and Evaluation, Business Management, or Business Administration (NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA).
• No previous experience is required, but candidates should not have participated in any Internship Programme (both Public and Private sector).
• Knowledge of the Policy Framework for the Government-Wide Monitoring and Evaluation System and Monitoring and Evaluation principles.
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
• Innovative and creative thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in presentation and report writing skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities and financial management knowledge.
