The Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) is looking for passionate individuals for the Internship: Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation position based in Pretoria. What You’ll Do
- Assist in administering governance processes to support the Fund’s strategic initiatives.
- Help implement the monitoring and evaluation framework effectively.
- Facilitate the evaluation and analysis of service delivery to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and interpret data for reporting purposes.
- Contribute to the development of presentations and reports that communicate findings.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Fund’s objectives.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in relevant fields such as Internal Audit, Forensic Audit, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Development Studies, Social Science, Monitoring and Evaluation, Business Management, or Business Administration (NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA).
- No previous experience is required, but candidates should not have participated in any Internship Programme (both Public and Private sector).
- Knowledge of the Policy Framework for the Government-Wide Monitoring and Evaluation System and Monitoring and Evaluation principles.
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
- Innovative and creative thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in presentation and report writing skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities and financial management knowledge.
