About the Opportunity

The IEC is offering a 24-month internship for a dynamic, recently qualified graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Training. This role is stationed at the Northern Cape Provincial Office in Kimberley, where the successful candidate will become an integral part of the Human Resources team. This programme is particularly inviting to those who are 35 years old or younger and have not previously participated in an internship or worked in their field of study. Key Responsibilities

Interns will receive comprehensive training and exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, probation and leave administration, performance management, employee relations, and skills development. Requirements/Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Matric/Grade 12/N3/NTC Level 4 and a recognized three-year Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in a relevant Human Resources-related field. Preferred qualifications include diplomas and degrees in Labour Relations, Human Resource Management, and related areas. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office, willing to learn new software, and ready to travel locally. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
