What You’ll Do
- Supervise the implementation and maintenance of Human Resource Administration practices.
- Monitor and manage Human Resource personnel records effectively.
- Coordinate and facilitate the Employee Performance Management and Development System (EPMDS) matters within the district.
- Oversee Human Resource Development (HRD) initiatives to enhance staff capabilities.
- Provide guidance and supervise HR personnel and staff to ensure optimal performance.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in human resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email.
- A valid driver’s license is essential for this role.
