What You’ll Do
- Administer bursary and study assistance programmes for the department.
- Coordinate and manage the application and selection process for bursaries.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies for bursary and study assistance programmes.
- Ensure timely processing of bursary payments and related administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including educational institutions and government entities, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide support and guidance to students regarding bursary applications and requirements.
What You’ll Need
- A National Diploma or NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management, Development, or Skills Development as recognized by SAQA.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resource Management and Development environment.
- Knowledge of policies and legislation relevant to Human Resource Development.
- Strong financial management skills and experience in project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in MS Office.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
