What You’ll Do
- Conduct regular inspections of the unit to identify and address maintenance needs
- Attend to minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Maintain and repair office equipment and furniture
- Safeguard maintenance tools and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition
- Load and unload equipment and supplies required for unit operations
- Remove waste from the premises and manage its disposal responsibly
- Uphold cleanliness and order in all areas of the unit
What You’ll Need
- Minimum ABET Level 4 qualification
- 0-6 months of relevant experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
- Familiarity with maintenance equipment and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and punctuality
