What You’ll Do

  • Cut vegetation and apply herbicide as needed to maintain the landscape.
  • Clear weeds and sand from bridges, channels, and other structures.
  • Remove debris from inlets and outlets to ensure proper water flow.
  • Inspect and repair fences and clear canal culverts.
  • Fill and compact potholes on access roads and embankments.
  • Maintain accurate records, including job cards and equipment repair logs.
  • Clean equipment and adhere to waste disposal procedures.
  • Prepare boardrooms for meetings, including setting up crockery and utensils.
  • Regularly clean and maintain office spaces, kitchens, and restrooms.
  • Report any broken machines and equipment in a timely manner.

What You’ll Need

  • An ABET certificate or relevant qualification.
  • Up to one year of working experience, with preference given to candidates with more experience in manual work.
  • Knowledge of general work, garden maintenance, and handling various equipment.
  • Understanding of chemical use and health and safety procedures.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to assist other maintenance teams and work in confined spaces.
  • Punctuality, productivity, and loyalty are essential attributes for this role.
