What You’ll Do
- Supervise budget management for Corporate Services to ensure financial accuracy
- Oversee the creation of financial authorisations to facilitate smooth operations
- Provide monthly Early Warning Reports to keep stakeholders informed
- Ensure correct vesting of expenditure and manage mission accounts
- Forward requests regarding Parliamentary matters for Corporate Services
- Prepare and present weekly budget reports to management
- Manage human and physical resources effectively to optimize productivity
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including PFMA and Treasury Regulations
What You’ll Need
- Proven competency in financial management functions
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant financial field
- An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) will be advantageous
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills
- Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office suite
- Ability to work under pressure and manage extended hours when necessary
