What You’ll Do
- Supervise the distribution of headquarters accounts from E-Tel Systems.
- Manage the distribution of HQ Cellular Phone and 3G accounts through the converged portal.
- Oversee the payment processes for Telkom landline accounts.
- Administer the payments and certification of Cellular Phone and 3G accounts.
- Effectively utilise resources allocated to the financial operations.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions related to financial supervision.
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- South African citizenship, with documentary proof required.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a related financial field.
- An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant prescripts applicable to the Public Service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
