Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable, non-smoking, Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Fully bilingual in both, Afr & Eng client base)
-Very good communication skills and telephone etiquette
-Recent reception experience at a law firm a must (industry bound)
-Computer literate, with good typing skills
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-Residing in/near Pretoria East
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Reception duties for Conveyancing Law firm
-Legal administration (Opening of files, filing of legal documentation etc.)
-Assist Conveyancer & Conveyancing secretaries with conveyancing administration
-Professional client liaison in Afrikaans and English
Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 12 000.00 gross maximum
