About the Opportunity
Eskom is offering five Hospitality Learner positions at the Eskom Academy of Learning in Midrand, Gauteng. This programme is perfect for graduates with qualifications in hospitality or catering, providing practical experience in kitchen operations, catering services, and hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and produce food for hospitality services.
– Assist with kitchen operations and food preparation.
– Control and monitor stock levels.
– Perform administrative duties within the hospitality department.
– Implement ISO standards.
– Provide excellent customer service in hospitality operations.
– Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements/Qualifications
– National Diploma / National N Diploma in Catering Management, Hospitality and Catering Services, or a Hotel School Qualification.
– The qualification must be NQF Level 6 with at least 240 credits.
– No prior work experience required.
