What You’ll Do
- Collect and deliver documents and packages as required.
- Transport employees, guests, and special advisors of the Deputy Minister.
- Maintain knowledge of the department’s policies and procedures.
- Provide general support functions to the office of the Deputy Minister.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained and kept in good working condition.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 10 education.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of the Public Service Act and parliamentary processes in South Africa.
- Strong computer literacy and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to think logically and creatively, with strong interpersonal skills.
