What You’ll Do

• Collect and deliver documents and packages as required.
• Transport employees, guests, and special advisors of the Deputy Minister.
• Maintain knowledge of the department’s policies and procedures.
• Provide general support functions to the office of the Deputy Minister.
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained and kept in good working condition.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of Grade 10 education.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of the Public Service Act and parliamentary processes in South Africa.
• Strong computer literacy and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to think logically and creatively, with strong interpersonal skills.
