Key Responsibilities:
Interns will engage in various learning areas including budgeting and financial reporting, revenue and expenditure management, asset management, procurement, supply chain processes, and environmental and municipal service delivery systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:
– South African citizenship
– Residency within the municipality’s jurisdiction
– Relevant qualification for the desired position
– Unemployed status
– Strong communication and computer skills

1. Municipal Finance Management Intern (x1) – R75,000 per annum
– Grade 12, National Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
– Communication skills in English & IsiZulu, computer literacy

2. Data Cleanser Intern (x2)
– Grade 12, Diploma or Degree in Financial Management, Accounting or related field

3. Revenue Cashier Intern (x1)
– Grade 12, financial-related qualification

4. Payroll / Expenditure Intern (x1)
– Grade 12, financial-related qualification

5. Environmental Management Intern (x1)
– Grade 12, Diploma or Degree in Environmental Management or related field

6. Pound Intern (x1)
– Grade 12, Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or related field
