About the Opportunity

As part of MSF’s Fundraising Department within the Retention and Loyalty Team, you will support critical donor engagement and fundraising events, gaining invaluable experience in marketing, public relations, and humanitarian work.

Key Responsibilities
– Events and Engagement Support: Organize and manage fundraising events, track donations, and support logistics.
– Donor Support and Communication: Handle donor queries, update profiles, and ensure timely communication.
– Administration and Reporting: Maintain records, assist with SOP writing, and support CRM updates.
Requirements/Qualifications
– Education: National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Communications.
– Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, computer literacy, organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
– Personal Attributes: Passion for humanitarian work, strong work ethic, customer service focus, and ability to work under pressure.
