What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Property Studies/Real Estate (NQF level 7).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a middle to senior managerial role.
  • Pre-entry certificate for the Senior Management Service (Nyukela) is mandatory.
  • A valid driver’s licence is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of public service legislation and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively.
