What You’ll Do
- Manage and oversee the design and implementation of digital development fund policies and programs.
- Monitor and facilitate funding projects aimed at improving digital infrastructure, including broadband networks and data centers.
- Support and develop digital skills training programs for communities and SMMEs in ICT.
- Establish funding models to ensure access to universal services.
- Identify and select projects that align with the fund’s objectives to promote technological advancement.
- Maintain strategic partnerships with tech companies, educational institutions, and government agencies to drive collaborative efforts.
- Contribute to operational excellence and compliance within the department.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate NQF level 7 degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Fund Management, Engineering, or a relevant qualification.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in Finance, Business Management, Fund Administration, or a similar field, at a middle or senior managerial level.
- Strong strategic leadership and capability in managing administrative processes.
- Proficiency in project management, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.
