What You’ll Do
- Manage the coordination of Thuntsha-Lerole Service Delivery programmes.
- Assess the functionality of District Development Model (DDM) structures.
- Oversee frontline monitoring and support interventions.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Manage risks associated with service delivery.
- Address and resolve service delivery complaints effectively.
What You’ll Need
- A three-year qualification in Public Administration, Social Science, or equivalent at NQF level 6.
- A minimum of six years’ experience in service delivery, with at least three years at Assistant Director level.
- Knowledge of local government prescripts, PFMA, LRA, and PSA.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent management and leadership abilities.
- Proficient people management, financial management, computer, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
Three-year qualification in Public Administration, Social Science or equivalent qualification at NQF level 6 (NQF level and credits).6 years’ experience in Service Delivery services of which 3 years should be at Assistant Director level.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Local Government Prescripts; PFMA; LRA and PSA.
