What You’ll Do

  • Oversee maintenance and functionality of Kromme Rhee’s buildings and facilities.
  • Manage the upkeep of the estate’s terrain, enhancing landscaping and groundskeeping.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all facilities through effective housekeeping services.
  • Coordinate estate management services, focusing on space utilization and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and service agreements for efficient service delivery.
  • Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring adherence to performance standards and procurement processes.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with relevant protocols within the estate and facilities.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma or B-Degree).
  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience in an institutional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of public management practices and operational management processes.
  • Understanding of policy analysis, development, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes within the public sector.
  • Excellent project management skills and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Awareness of regional political, economic, and social factors affecting provincial governance.
