What You’ll Do
- Manage and facilitate innovative management and leadership development programmes for public service leaders.
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of the Innovation Hub, ensuring effective innovation facilitation services are provided.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive management and leadership development framework that is future-focused and integrated.
- Handle human resource management processes within the Sub-directorate to create a thriving workplace environment.
- Manage financial responsibilities related to the allocated budget for training and development initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher) in Human/Social Sciences or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience at a middle management level.
- Advanced knowledge of communities of practice in innovation ecosystems and leveraging technology for innovation.
- Understanding of human resource development frameworks and training methodologies applicable to adult learning.
- Strong skills in communication, analytical problem-solving, networking, and people management.
