What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage the provisioning functions for the entire department.
- Administer demand and acquisition processes, along with contracts and bid management.
- Monitor compliance with financial delegation and supply chain management policies.
- Provide strategic guidance to the department on legislative compliance.
- Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate fraud and enhance process efficiency.
- Manage human and financial resources effectively within the department.
What You’ll Need
- A 3-year tertiary qualification at NQF Level 7 in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in junior management within a Supply Chain Management environment.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, including PFMA, Treasury regulations, and SCM practices.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, leadership, and financial management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
Applicants must be in possession of an appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification at NQF Level 7 in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, with 3–5 years’ experience in junior management within Supply Chain Management environment (Demand, Acquisition, Contract and Bid management).A valid driver’s license is compulsory.
