What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the reporting process for provincial departments and entities.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting frameworks for in-year monitoring and expenditure.
  • Manage and deliver training sessions on budgeting and reporting frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain data models for revenue, expenditure, and personnel reporting.
  • Compile analytical reports and develop tools for budget monitoring.
  • Translate strategic directions into actionable operational plans.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration.
  • Oversee administrative support functions and lead a team of employees.

What You’ll Need

  • An NQF level 7 qualification, such as a degree in Information Management, Statistics, or Econometrics.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience at a junior management level in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • A proven track record of translating strategic goals into operational plans.
