About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Monitor and report on service delivery performance of the Corporate Service Centre against established agreements.
- Facilitate periodic internal reviews of service level agreements to align with departmental needs.
- Coordinate operational service delivery obligations in collaboration with the Corporate Service Centre.
- Engage in people management and financial management to uphold service standards.
- Develop strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency in the department.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent or higher).
- A minimum of 3 years of middle management experience in a relevant field.
- A valid Code B or higher driving license (applicants with disabilities that affect driving may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of departmental operational management systems and corporate governance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven abilities in planning, organizing, problem-solving, and project management.
