What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure effective operations within the provincial office.
  • Develop and maintain an annual performance plan complemented by action plans for service delivery.
  • Provide inputs on policy development and ensure effective implementation within the office.
  • Streamline processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency in operations execution.
  • Ensure adherence to the Batho Pele Principles in all interactions with customers.
  • Develop and manage statistical information on service standards and operational bottlenecks.
  • Implement quality assurance and data quality strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and health regulations, as well as risk management practices.
  • Compile operational plans and reports while keeping abreast of relevant legislation.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant three-year Bachelor’s Degree/B Tech or equivalent qualification with at least six years of experience in customer service management.
  • Three years of managerial or middle management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of GEPF services and products.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, along with the ability to work in a team.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and networks.
  • A results-driven, proactive, and ethical approach to work.
