What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support by capturing and updating data on computer systems.
- Generate spreadsheets and update the database with all relevant data sets.
- Validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Compile routine statistical information and reports for administrative purposes.
- Manage the receiving, registering, and tracking of records or documents for further processing.
- Capture routine transactions, transferring information from manual records to electronic documents.
- Maintain the DHIS database and continuously update information for reporting needs.
- Retrieve necessary information as required for various purposes.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate.
- Basic knowledge of administration processes.
- Strong communication skills and numeracy.
- Computer literacy with the ability to draw and interpret data.
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude with a positive approach to work.
