What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support by capturing and updating data on computer systems.
- Generate spreadsheets and update the system with all relevant datasets.
- Validate data for quality purposes to ensure correctness and consistency.
- Compile routine statistical information and reports for departmental use.
- Receive, register, and track records or documents for further processing.
- Capture routine transactions, transferring information from manual records to electronic documents.
- Maintain and continuously update the DHIS database for accurate reporting.
- Retrieve necessary information as required for operational purposes.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) with no prior experience required.
- Basic knowledge of administration processes and procedures.
- Strong communication skills along with numeracy and computer literacy.
- Ability to draw data and present it clearly.
- A self-motivated and responsive attitude, with a positive approach to tasks.
