What You’ll Do

  • Provide capacity building and support on GEHS services and products to government departments and employees.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and disputes related to GEHS products and services.
  • Assist government employees with the enrollment process for the GEHS.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from government employees, directing relevant queries to appropriate officials.
  • Organize educational and outreach sessions for government departments to enhance understanding of GEHS.
  • Develop project plans for GEHS educational initiatives.
  • Support content development for GEHS branding, marketing materials, and website updates.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate and a minimum qualification at NQF Level 4 in Customer Care, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resource Management, as recognized by SAQA.
  • Knowledge of the Government Employees Housing Scheme and its offerings.
  • Familiarity with public service administration and relevant legislation, including the Public Service Act and Regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, with proficiency in computer usage.
  • Attributes such as good telephone etiquette, resourcefulness, and resilience.
  • Customer care and marketing skills are essential for success in this role.
