Colbyn, Pretoria: SALES CONSULTANT (AUTOMOTIVE ACCESSORIES)
Non-Negotiable Minimum Requirements:
-Well presented individual with passion for sales and customer service
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English a must, with good communication skills in both (Afr & Eng client base)
-Must have recent work experience in any of the following:
• Recent retail / internal sales experience (preferably in automotive and/or automotive accessories); OR
• In-person customer service experience (not telephonic customer service experience e.g. Shop Assistant, Customer Service Agent, Customer Support Consultant etc.); OR
• Other retail experience dealing with clients in-person (Not cashier experience e.g. Sales Assistant, Store Manager, Client Liaison Merchandiser, Floor supervisor etc.)
-Computer literate in MS Excel, CRM System (e.g. POS, Point of Sale, Sage CRM etc.), email and WhatsApp Business
-Experience in invoicing & quotations and customer follow ups preferred
-Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets
-Team player with positive attitude, self-motivated and target driven
-Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
-Valid driver’s license
-No lawful termination at any previous employer due to misconduct or non-performance
-Stable employment record and contactable References (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record)
-To start as soon as possible
Work hours: Mondays to Fridays 8am – 5pm
Duties:
-Internal sales of bakkie accessories, including bakkie covers, roll bars, nudge bars, bash plates and cargo accessories
-Assist walk-in customers and handle phone enquiries, WhatsApp enquiries and online leads
-Prepare and send quotations
-Follow up on all leads and quotations
-Maintain CRM records and customer information
-Upsell and cross-sell products, and achieve monthly sales targets
-Liaise with fitment team regarding bookings and installations
-Assist with showroom displays and promotions
Salary: R 10 000 – R 15 000 gross basic maximum
(depending on sales experience) + commission on sales
