What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and support the implementation of health initiatives such as the 1st 1000 days and Vertical Transmission Prevention (VTP).
• Strengthen internal and external stakeholder collaboration to ensure effective health service delivery.
• Facilitate skills development and training programs to enhance integrated health services like IMCI and PACK Child.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Community-Oriented Primary Care (COPC) principles.
• Establish and coordinate health service linkages at the district level across various platforms.

What You’ll Need

• A Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) or a 4-year bachelor’s degree in nursing that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse.
• A minimum of 7 years of recognized nursing experience post-registration.
• A valid Code B/EB driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication, facilitating, and interpersonal skills, along with computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
