What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary health care clinical services to patients.
• Plan and implement health promotion and prevention activities in both facility and community settings.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and liaise with various stakeholders.
• Participate in clinical governance and quality assurance initiatives.
• Manage information effectively, ensuring timely submission of reports and participation in facility audits.
• Assist in the management of human resources and contribute to staff development.

What You’ll Need

• Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent qualification allowing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• A post-basic nursing qualification in Clinical Nursing Science: Health Assessment, Treatment, and Care.
• Grade 1: Minimum of 4 years of relevant nursing experience post-registration.
• Grade 2: Minimum of 14 years of relevant nursing experience post-registration, including at least 10 years of experience in a relevant specialty after obtaining the necessary post-basic qualification.
• Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB) and willingness to work overtime and at various facilities within the Southern/Western Sub-Structure.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of relevant health legislation and policies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
