What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation of the Enterprise’s strategic and business plans.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Drive business development initiatives to enhance market positioning and Enterprise growth.
- Oversee financial management functions and provide strategic support to the organization.
- Manage human resource operations, focusing on employee development and wellness.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF Level 7 as recognized by SAQA in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Public Management.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a senior managerial role within the manufacturing or operations sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, governance, and public service legislation.
- Strong skills in leadership, communication, planning, and analytical thinking.
