What You’ll Do

• Lead the implementation of the Enterprise’s strategic and business plans.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, risk management, and performance monitoring.

• Oversee financial management functions and provide strategic support to the organization.
• Manage human resource operations, focusing on employee development and wellness.

What You’ll Need

• A qualification at NQF Level 7 as recognized by SAQA in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Public Management.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a senior managerial role within the manufacturing or operations sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, governance, and public service legislation.
• Strong skills in leadership, communication, planning, and analytical thinking.
